We found him on the side of a road near a gargage dump. He had obviously been abandonded. He is very malnurished. His hair is thin in some areas. One of his eyes looks like it may be a little infected. We live in a neighborhood. We don't have a fenced in yard. We have a chocolate lab who lives inside.
With that said, we are trying to get him back to health. We have had him for only 2 days now. We really don't have a place or the experience to give him what he needs.
He is very sweet. He is eating well. I know he need to go to vet, but I don't know his behavior well enough to take him yet.
Is there anybody who specializes in taking in abandoned Rotties that needs care. I can tell he will be a good dog for someone, he just needs a lot of care that we are not able to provide.
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you can give me any help or suggestions.
