Osi so misunderstood, the love of my life...

by Rosemarie Berardesco

Let me start off by saying that my baby boy Osi is the love of my life.. I would jump in front of a bullet for him as he would do for me.I received O @ the age of 7 wks old frm my sister has a house warming gift & he was a terror frm day 1, I've owned 2 previous rottie's Dino & Brandy, & let me just say that they didn't even prepare me for Osi, he has a personality all of his own. He was raised w/ so much love & yet he wants to attack everything in his site. He is so very protective of his family and property, that I'm so afraid that one day he will really hurt someone. He is now 5 yrs old & 150ibs, & he's the king of the house. I had him fix hoping that would have claimed him down. But not Osi.... the lesson that I have learned, is sometimes shielding and loving your dog so much, is the wrong thing to do..... socialize & let them interact w/ people & other animals, because in the end it will be better for you & them... lesson learned....
